1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zaeon Labs website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Zaeon Labs provides digital product development services including but not limited to: app development, web design, Discord bot development, UI/UX design, and branding. All services are subject to a separate project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client. Zaeon Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in individual project proposals. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zaeon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
